    Responsibilities And Duties

    1. Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using
      scripts;
    2. Answer questions about products or the company;
    3. Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales;
    4. Direct prospects to the field sales team when needed;
    5. Enter and update customer information in the database;
    6. Take and process orders in an accurate manner;
    7. Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation;
    8. Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information;

    Requirements:

    1. Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role;
    2. Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone;
    3. Good knowledge of relevant computer programs and telephone systems;
    4. Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects;
    5. Excellent knowledge of English, Hindi & any additional Indian language is an added
      advantage
    6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
    7. Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

    Education Qualification

    • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
    • Graduate (B.COM,BBA,BA…)
    • With good communication skills (English, Hindi,Marathi)
