    The locality is just 4 km away from the Bengaluru-Mysore Infrastructure Corridor (also known as NICE Road). Road transit from here to the outer ring road (ORR), Banashankari, Jayanagar, Vijayanagar, Chamrajpet and JP Nagar is high in traffic density, while there are quite a few traffic jams during peak hours.

The closest railway station to Rajarajeshwari Nagar is the Kengeri Railway Station, which is located about 4 km away. The city’s main railway station, the Bangalore City Railway Station, is located about 10 km away. The airport, on the other hand, is about 48 km from here. There are frequent Kempegowda International Airport (KIA) AC and non-AC buses that are easily available from Rajarajeshwari Nagar. Cabs can also be hired, mostly to the airport.

    Rajarajeshwari Nagar began as a residential layout, but soon saw commercial activities with the IT boom that took the place by storm.     Rajarajeshwari Nagar is plagued by water problems. Cauvery water is available in a few pockets, but with the groundwater table taking a plunge, residents are dependent on water tankers.

    With the locality being a major station along the second phase of the Namma Metro Corridor, Rajarajeshwari Nagar is slated to see an enormous amount of growth in the near future.
