    Overview

    Hoskote, located about 25 km from the eastern part of the city is a taluk belonging to the Bengaluru Rural District. Hoskote finds its charm in the form of historical heritage. It has a number of well known industries and enterprises being set up. This has resulted in a rapid growth of the region. Neighboring localities situated across the Hoskote are Magadi, Kanakpura, Attibele, Devanahalli, Ramanagara and Doddaballapur.

    Connectivity

    The Whitefield Railway Station and the KR Puram Railway Station also lie in close proximity, making things easier for frequent travellers.

    Also, there is a Six-lane highway with broad service roads on either sides that is coming up, running from KR Puram to Hoskote.

    This area enjoys excellent connectivity to Kempegowda International Airport (44 km farther) can be reach in 1h 10m.

    Raghuvanahalli Hoskote Road and College Road are two major road which passes through Hosakote and the major bus stops are Hoskote High School Bus Stop and Chennabyre Gowda Circle.

    Factors for future growth

    It has close proximity to the IT Hub of Whitefield. Another reason for it to be considered a good investment option is its connectivity to the Satellite Town Ring Road (STRR) and the Intermediate Ring Road (IRR).

    Improved connectivity to the International Airport, presence of employment hubs such as ITPL in Whitefield, good connectivity to other parts of the city and upcoming physical infrastructure such as the STRR and IRR have contributed towards the growth of Hosakote.

    The growing infrastructure, good transportation facilities, schools and higher

    education institutes (engineering and medical colleges) in the neighbourhood can be a sign of good residential investment location in the coming days.

    Most of the IT parks in the Northern and Eastern parts of the City are within a 10 to 20 km radius of Hosakote.

    World Market, K R Puram Vegetable Market, Market City Mall, Family Mall and Reliance Market are the nearby market of Hosakote which serves the daily needs of the residents.

    Major issues

    There are multiple big potholes are created on TC Palya Main Road from Hoskote Road signal towards Garden City college junction .

    There is less bus service in the locality of Hope Farm Junction and number of people commute during evening from Hope Farm Junction to Hoskote is very huge and have to wait for 20-30 mins for their buses.
